What is the return policy?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours if it hasn't shipped. Returns are allowed within 4 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and in good condition. Return shipping costs are on you, and for size issues, there might be a Rs. 99 pickup fee. A small 1% restocking fee is deducted from refunds, which are processed within 7–10 business days after the item is checked. Customized items can't be returned, and if something arrives damaged or incorrect, you’ll get a full refund or replacement without extra fees.
